The JIT process really shows its flaws when you don't have the actual inventory at time it goes down the assembly line even though its not suppose to be scheduled that way. That tells me Ford is doing some crazy stuff with borrow forward and keeps getting burned. It truly is like winning the lottery to get your vehicle down the assembly line and actually be finished and when it doesn't, it gets thrown into a pen of never ending unfinished broncos. I was on the luckier side for once and only spent two weeks in production.

I definitely lucky that mine was built on 1/19 and shipped on 1/24. Shitty situation for you guys recently built and now in limbo.

I’m currently scheduled for the week of 2/6 and was thinking this morning how surprised I would be if it actually happens.

I never checked between blend date and built date, since mine went to the MOD shop, it could of been held up there. I know for fact a different braptor same blend went built right away so there were chips. After that it sat for almost another month before actually shipping by convoy, but that was also in the middle of Christmas shutdown.

Copy that, end of year is a crap shoot for sure with closures. Others rolled down the assembly line later the same day as mine and were built and shipped in a blink, sounds like a handful of others on here got chip holds as well but at least one is already built and awaiting shipping now. So staying hopeful.

Sorry to hear, probably for the best right now as they don't seem to have the parts to finish them. Being partially built and sitiing outside in Michigan winter I feel is worse.

Totally agree! I am of the thought that I would rather get it and not deal with degraded seals/rust/engine issues shortly after delivery, as seen in some of the other trucks that spent extra special time jurassic parked in the snow/dirt lots surrounding MAP.

Sooo glad I pulled the ripcord on my BRaptor back in June when I found a 22 F150 Raptor on my dealer's lot!

They finally built mine on 9/21/22 and it's been Jurassic Parked since then...
