I like the look of this top but I want one that can fold down all the way. Hoping for other options from aftermarket.

Yes. Not only does it look odd stacked up on the root, but the part of the top that is going to get bug guts all over it is the part that will be on the inside when the top is closed.

Yeah, the Bestop Trektop Ultra. On the JL, it came out a couple of years after the Trektop.

Good info thanks. I don't like the angle on the Ultra, too steep. Hope getting a fastback is doable with same look/angle of this best top but comes all the way down.

I like the look of the fast back but if it doesn’t fully retract its not worth the money to me. I think the cargo tilt up feature of the factory top would be useful.
