I'm thinking the same, to have someone cut off the ends of my Ford running boards so the Ford mud flaps can be installed. I would think this would be a cheaper option than buying a new set of running boards or paying 700 buck for mud flaps, right? Let us know if you decide to have them cut!
I've ordered the standard Ford Bronco mud flaps. I'm tired of my tires throwing up crap on the running boards and the rear bumper. I saw pics of the flaps with holes cut in it and I don't think I like that. I'm going to take the Bronco into a shop and have it done.

I'm going to do one of 3 things:
1. Cut the running board an inch.
2. Move the running boards back an inch.
3. Swap the drivers side with the passenger side running boards. I saw a mention of this as a solution and I'm looking for more feedback. Are the mounting locations when reversed line up but move the running board back about an inch?

If anyone has any suggestions to help, they would be welcomed.

Has anyone installed the gatorbacks on a non-sasquath badlands?

All the photos of these I see are on sasquatch vehicles. I am worried that with the non-saquatch thye will be too wide. The screw holes look like there is some left right play, buy there is a cutout for the rock rail which will limit left right movement.

I don't want them wider that the wheel arches and am concerned that they will be on non-sasquatch fenders.

Finally getting around to installing these. Here’s a better look at the all black bronco flaps if anyone wanted another look.

$700 is very overpriced, even if they are heavy duty. That is actually outrageous.

So they charge $700 and there is a hole in them? Great value or something.

That’s the cutout for the rock rails which i’m still waiting on. There is a version with no hole. They are overpriced but they are good quality and have some weight to them.

What is the purpose of swapping the running boards from each side before they are slid back and remounted? Is it so that the squared off end cap is behind the front tire? Is that important?

I have a set of Bodyguard sliders/steps that will be here in about a week or two. I'll let you know if it looks like they'll fit - been waiting to order the fancy Bronco flaps, and this weekend I'm putting on some cheal crap flaps that will require some mods, but need to get something on asap as we're hitting gravel roads right away.

For what it’s worth, I bought the non-branded ones for ~$580 and they are very well built. I’m sure these will last the life of the vehicle and now I don’t have to worry about the doors getting beat up by rocks and mud.

I think they accentuate a bulldog stance of a Sasquatch Bronco too.
