Really? I couldn't get it to let me build a 2 door BaseManSquatch? Must have done something wrong! I will revisit this! 2 door BaseManSquatch was what I was hoping for this whole time.

EDIT: Hey you guys were right! Don't know what I was doing wrong before, I couldn't do it from Ford.com before, but I could through the link that Ford emailed me.
Now I've got a harder choice to make, between a Tacoma TRD and my Bronco, with the Tacoma being about 2 grand cheaper with a v6 and manual...
Bronco is definitely back on the menu, though!
Even if it won't let you build it online, the official build sheets through your dealer will allow you to build your BaseManSquatch with 2drs only. Enjoy your decision making process. I couldn't imagine trying to decide between 2 different vehicles, since I'm having issues deciding between Bronco models. LOL. Good luck.

Was the modular bumper a free of charge upgrade?
The HD Mod bumper is now an upgrade in '22 for the BD and BL trims. That's where, if you ordered on-or-before 3/19/2021, you get a voucher to cover the upgrade price [a.k.a price protection]

I wonder why there is a Price Hike for MY22 with a difference of $1595 for Sasquatch Package for 4 Door Base Model when there is No change in the Package.

MY21 - $4995
MY22 - $6590

The Sasquatch Package went way up in the Black Diamond as well.

Actually, it appears they are charging almost 2k for updating to 10 speed auto. I don't have price protection as I reserved this year. Dang it.

Awesome! good to know wasn’t sure if the bumper was covered w/price protection. I’m not a huge fan of the new capable bumper

Yeah, I like the fact that it has fog lights and it's made of steel but that's were it ends for me. The Mod bumper [with all it's bolts] is more my style.

I think you'll be ok. The 10spd auto trans was like 1800 so it might not have changed or not by that much. Not sure how the price works if you man-squatch it

Thanks, I must've missed the trans upgrade price from 21. I removed squatch and tow as I don't think i need the front locker and want to get this thing next year!

[Thinking out loud here] Ok, based on the B&P, the auto trans is included "free" regardless of engine now. So, you pay for that now [MY22] though the Sasquatch pkg. This would make the non-sas auto a cheaper option whereas the man-sas would be more expensive option - than what we expected.

are you factoring in the advanced 4x4 cost? When I did number crunches on builds for 2022 they pretty much matched up.

Agreed the modular bumper is just a better look plus you can remove the ends.
As for the man-squatch I really hope the B&P is a glitch.

Hey Rocko - BTW, I just got my 914s Type 4 motor rebuilt out your way by Fat Performance in Santa Fe Springs. Damn thing is a rocket now!

Sorry to post something non-bronco :)

Given Ford's MY22 price protection guarantee, I'm going to object to the SAS increase. I don't want the auto, and I am not paying for the auto trans just because they packaged it differently.
