Sooo...I'm a Golden Ticket winner and I was just updated by my dealer and the Bronco specialist sales rep who's also a Bronco owner is well versed and has been EXTREMELY helpful. (Justin Wyss - San Tan Ford, Gilbert AZ).

Here's my story...I inquired with him the day the Raptor was announced to convert my order. Here's his response. "Ford is emailing reservation holders to find out interest in a Bronco Raptor. When you get the email click the included link. This is considered a specialty vehicle and will not have plan pricing. All Bronco Raptors will have a market adjustment of 30,000 above MSRP."
I was PISSED. I'm a loyal Ford guy, former Ford/Lincoln dealer controller and my father is a retired Ford exec, I get A/Z plan pricing. I stewed on this a week. Ignored his call the beginning of this week. Sent a 'cancel everything' email this morning. I was DONE. Got this response back..."You were picked for a Bronco Raptor by Ford in their “hand raiser” program. You can convert your Bronco to a Bronco Raptor without the market adjustment that will be charged on our regular allocations. Your price will be MSRP plus our $1299 Desert Protection Package that includes warrantied window tint, warrantied door edge guards and a 12 month/12000 mile tire protection plan." Well, aside from the BS Desert PP they all try to sell, which I will not buy, this gave me new hope and I'm back on the Raptor wagon.

Hope this helps some of you and hope that some other dealers are doing this.

My dealer had me do the same and you don't need to go into the dealership to do it. You can covert your reservation to an order from the Ford reservation site however you will need an additional $1500 deposit. This is 100% refundable if you cancel your order.

Once the order hits the dealers system they can 99 it and flag it as a Raptor. Code 99 prevents it from being built.

hmm my reservation status shows
ORDERING WITH DEALER

looks like they might have converted me?
hopely they aren't playing some games like messing with my reservation, getting a raptor then selling to highest bidder.

IIRC mine said the same thing prior to actually submitting an order.

No options to convert on the reservation site, i guess i need to figure this out
I have little to no faith that my conversion will be handled properly by my dealership in a timely manner (THIS MONTH!). Call me skeptical but I would hate to lose my Golden Ticket because the dealership failed to follow through. Have asked in an email to them that I be notified when they convert and 99 my current order. Haven't heard back. Has anyone actually had their order converted by their dealership yet? Less than 2 weeks away...

Called our dealer and told him we were selected for the Raptor..He said my order is locked and he can't change anything...I also got another email from FORD 2/16 that says it's time to order your Bronco...Did FORD automatically 99 my order?? Anybody get an email to reorder the Bronco??

Sounds like you landed in that weird spot where your build got pulled when you’re supposed to be 99’d for the Raptor. Maybe you’re getting two Broncos. Seriously.

No. He changed it remotely and said as soon as the order bank is open I could come in and go over the order and options. Your dealer doesn’t know what he’s talking about if he said it can’t be changed. Especially with a golden ticket. Be pushy and make them get the right answers. We tend to know more than they do.

If you still have a non converted reservation, you need to get that in as an actual Bronco order so I would just put in a Base bronco and make sure the dealer puts the priority code at 99 (do not schedule). If you had an actual unscheduled order, Ford already put it in priority code 99 for you. If you want to keep your existing order, you need to contact the dealer and have them remove the 99 priority code and put it back to 10-19. Ford wants this done by Feb 28.

Got it figured out, the current Dealer never used my Reservation # last year. They just ordered our Bronco as a walk-in order. The Fleet guy said he usually places the orders, but the GSM did the ordering that day. Told them they can keep it and as I will opt for the Raptor. However, there will be an ADM

Now I know why it never got pulled since we were day one 7/13/20 reservation. The Fleet guy said he usually places the orders, but the GSM did the ordering that day. Told them I want to order the Raptor. He could NOT confirm AMD, so we are looking to switch reservation to another Dealer. Called Ford yesterday and requested the change. TBD

This sounds super sketch! Can you compare the reservation numbers, to confirm that there are two separate reservations?

My apologies if this has been discussed but I haven't gone through every post. Has anyone responded to the initial "interest" request and not received any response? No F*** You Letter and no Golden Ticket.
I am in this exact situation - I spent hours on the phone today both with Ford and my dealer, neither of which could help. Ford told me that anyone who received the "are you interested" email would get a Raptor (not true) and my dealer said they had no information at all about the Raptor, the hand raiser program, or any list that they are supposed to have. I mentioned this and am waiting for a call back from the GM:

To help align messaging, all dealerships will receive a list of customers that expressed interest in Bronco Raptor and whether they were selected for the opportunity to order a Bronco Raptor via the hand raiser program. Allocation will be provided to cover these orders. Please look out for the list of customers from your regional representative in the next 24 hours. Total allocation numbers will be communicated during the next wholesale period.

Do you mind sharing which dealer this was?

Groove Ford. They never called me, so today I went back and spoke to the new car sales manager. He said they are getting 10 allocations for golden ticket holders.

He claimed to not know what his normal allocation is. He said all golden ticket holders will be subject to a 15k markup on a raptor but the ticket holders are free to not order a raptor and get a regular bronco at msrp, because the dealership keeps the raptor allocation.

Since my last post I've made a few phone calls and ended up in a department I probably shouldn't have gotten to. It was a very informative talk.
In that talk, I was told exactly opposite of what my dealer told me today. I was told golden ticket allocations follow the customer. And that dealer swaps could be made at any point prior to taking ownership. I was also told this had not been communicated down the line yet because it had not been finalized. The big thing I got from that talk was be patient. They will be protecting us.

So i communicated this to my dealer, and asked why would I agree to markup if I can just move it elsewhere? He said he'd research that and get back to me.

Few hours after my dealer visit I get a call saying that they were notified by a zone rep that if I move my raptor order it cancels my reservation entirely and they keep the raptor allocation, and I won't get any bronco whatsoever. I know this to be false and am not thrilled with their "threat"

I am very much looking forward to Ford's announcements.
