That has to be unsettling. I would be worried that they may try to pull some kind of shenanigans at the time of purchase. I hope all goes smoothly!
im give them some time once i know it is being shipped im go to the dealer to start the finical forms. the order specialist at the dealer said once in transit i can comence we will find out then

for us who recieved our vins yesterday, where do we fall in price protection?
I would assume same as always. The loss of PP occurs at the end of 2023. So if your order goes unfulfilled for a 2023 model and have to resubmit as a 2024, price protection will not carry over. PP ends with 2023 models is my understanding.

Well.........I didn't get an e-mail from Ford yesterday but the dealer called me this morning and said I got scheduled. I called Bronco Support and they confirmed I was scheduled for 5-22-23 and gave me the VIN number and a certification number. Also said that the certification expires 4-3-23 and to contact the dealer prior to that date. Is this certificate the one that covers PP from the date of my original order (10/15/21)? Anyways, very surprised! 2 Dr. Bronco Wildtrac RR, High Package. I dropped the Lux in hope of getting scheduled, don't know if that made any difference or not.
Help line also told me my certificate expires on 4-3-23 and dealer will have to renew it. I asked the dealer about this and they said "never heard of that." My production week is April 24. I will have to ensure no one drops the ball before the expiration date. Like pulling teeth to get a Bronco, price protection, etc. Better be worth it!

If you had price protection before the recent option constraints, and now you have a build date, May 2023, will you still get price protection. I had the 2023 price protection deal.

Thanks...

I would think most dealers honor their word and sales agreements. You should be fine.

Can anyone confirm or debunk this!? This is contrary to everything that I have read and heard.

Congrats, my WT is scheduled for the same build week. Hell we might have it by the summer to enjoy it (tempered expectations).
I'm cautiously optimistic.

The certificates expire every quarter and then get renewed.

The reputable dealerships are aware of this and typically take care of this themselves, or is it incumbent upon us to call and initiate the process?

I would work both ends if you are not sure about your dealerships knowledge of the situation.

Ordered a 2D BL, Lux, tow, 2.7L in 10/21 and just got scheduled. What is funny is I just dropped the lux and the tow down trying to speed things up, and saw the order banks were opening back up and figured I am screwed and added everything back in just a few days ago. In my scheduling email, I confirmed that lux, tow, etc. were added back so that did not make a difference for me now, but I am sure I could have received it a lot earlier if I had dropped it a year ago.

I had a visit with my Dealer on Friday after my Thursday receipt of my VIN email. We chatted a long while about the events with Ford that led up to both our being suprised of my order being scheduled (also stuck to my guns, no changes). When the emails came for constraints removals he revealed he had 27 allocations with 33 orders. I was at 31 or 32 on the list. After he met with all his order holders, he had 5 cancelations. As of yesterday, he only had 3 Broncos left to be built before tomorrow's banks opening. Was a good chat!

What I was really there for was to get his interpretation of the PP in place. He said, let's look it up. All he has reference to on the computer system is the column B $2450 (based on my 1/3/2022 original walk in order date). I told him that doesn't reflect the price increases that have occurred in 2023 and that I also qualify for column C & D too based off the "Ultimate guide to 2023 PP" matrix posted on B6G. I read him the sections that apply to me and the dollar amounts. He said that sounds very convincing and sensible, "I will call my sales rep at Ford to confirm/find out why this info isn't being better communicated from Corporate. So at this point that's a big Price Protection gap between $2450 and the $5700 I should have according to the matrix.

Be proactive with your dealers! I will meet again with him when it hits the assembly line and I have my window sticker.

Good luck to everyone scheduled for smooth transactions and to those yet to be scheduled!

All I get when when trying to track is
" We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN"

I was scheduled yesterday but still can't track. Anyone know what's going on?
I can track my order now. Can you as well?

Nope. Just tried and still nothing. I also tried to enter the VIN in my Ford account and it says that it can't be found

Odd…I read where one member was able to track his order the first day. This is the first day I can track mine. It may be a database sync. If you cannot track it by tomorrow, I would call Ford hotline.
