ugh. These are worrisome for me. (sorry FE owners)

I'm a 7/16 reservation switched to a soft top last Friday and it looks like I missed the 9/6 & 9/13 cut. And now it looks like FE's are being scheduled for 9/20 & 9/27... the week I was feeling pretty confident in getting scheduled into with next week's emails. But with all these FE's taking up those weeks, now it would seem I might be bumped into Oct.

Can't win.

I'm confused -- do you think it would be fair for you to jump in front of earlier soft top reservations, or First Edition reservations? Literally none of us should be in line in front of First Edition reservations. The only reason that's happening is because of the MIC fiasco in the first place.

Day one Reservation. Made change to Soft Top last Friday 08/13/21 when they announced the postponement of Hard Top orders. Got email today that my Bronco is scheduled for production 09/06/21.

7/14 res and 1/20 order. BB AMB sas, bumper, tow, 2.7, mid, changed top to soft a month ago 9/6 build. Life us good!

my build and res. time is nearly IDENTICAL to yours except for the mod bumper and I was scheduled today as well. Seems like “line jumpers” are getting all pissed that there’s still a bunch of early res. holders getting these build slots. too funny

Come on. Give them more credit than that. They probably are expecting to have the updated top ready by then or they wouldn't be scheduling them.

I can finally say that my Bronco will be built, 7/16 res, I changed my order to soft top on Monday and today got the email, Woohooooo.

not sure why you’re upset. ppl getting scheduled today were 7/13 and 7/14 reservations, plus 1st ed. hard tops. Ford said they were going back to the res. numbers with 4-door soft onlys. line jumping aspirations?? there are a s$&@ ton of others before 7/16. What are you trying to “win”?

There are plenty of 7/15's in the mix. I even saw a few 7/16's. Meaning I juuuuuust missed.

No line jumping aspirations. Just some luck. I wanted a MIC. But I need a car more than I want a MIC, so I switched to soft top hoping to get built in Sept after last week's news. But now it looks like I'll be an Oct, which unfortunately doesn't help my personal car troubles.

I obviously can't tell you how many 7/16's got VIN's today, but based on the numbers I've seen, it's doubtful there's a lot of 7/16's with soft top reservations. There was a big drop off after 7/15 for reservations, then throw in the soft top. So again, I juuuuuust missed. And that's what I'm bummed about. So close, but yet so far away.

Then, before seeing FE's getting scheduled for 9/20 & 9/27 I just figured I'd be scooped up in the next round of scheduling. But then after seeing all the FE's getting those weeks it essentially confirmed for me that I'm not getting picked till Oct... maybe. I mean, who knows what Sept will bring.

Not that I need to justify my feelings to a random internet person, and I'm sure you weren't trying to be a dick at all by accusing me of 'line jumping aspirations'. but due to my personal circumstance and the stress this f'n release has caused me and my family, I was hoping that by switching to a soft top, I'd catch a break and get scheduled for Sept. It upset me to find out how close I came, but still didn't get scheduled. If that's ok with you...
