No harm no foul, It's all good. I understand the frustration. Soon enough you'll receive good Bronco news.
Thanks. Appreciate the optimism. Yes, soon I will have good news and it will suck slightly less being me.

Reservation:6/11
Ordered: 9/10
Production date: 11/15
Trim: Big Bend
Color: Rapid Red

4 door, soft top, 2.3L, only added 222A pkg and key less entry.

Don't know how this happened this quickly, but very happy. I have a window sticker number too, but the imagine is not released.

It's one of the least-problematic for them: no MIC, no 2.7L, no tow, no SAS. That's probably why you're scheduled.

When did they send you the email?

I ordered my wildtrak on 7-13-20 at 11 pm and finally, yesterday I got a notice that I have a build date of 11-29-21, I wonder if they get behind will they call it a 22? Whatever, I am not. Bitching just saying. I will be glad to get it whenever it comes.😛
If you have a VIN, it'll be a "2021" model... Even if it delivers into 2022.

Congrats though!

I thought Ford said NO MORE hard tops would be scheduled... Unless it's for a FE or a Wildtrak?

Yet I'm seeing quite a few Badlands and OBX hard tops!

Guess they suckered me into a soft top 6 weeks ago 🤬
That's not exactly what they said... or perhaps you're interpreting it wrong. There was a special case for orders that already had a VIN and a previously-scheduled date (like mine) that got delayed. They are trying to build as many of these as they can.

Or you could take delivery and sell it to someone. Maybe someone with the same build who hasnt received a production email. If only there was someone like this...
Hey you're not too far away! Looks like you wanted a 2 door originally....

The previous having a VIN I get. I also get the dirt mountain.

But it sure looks like people are getting NEW VIN's which does go against what Ford was saying 6 weeks ago. Just one of the many lies/false truths/lack of information from Ford over the last 14+ months.

Congrats on yours finally moving though.
Don't congratulate me yet! The last email I got with a date was for 8/30. The November dates are what shows up in the application my dealer uses (sends me screenshots). And yeah, new VINs that aren't FEs raise question marks. In some cases, though, that may be a case of the VIN having been issued but not emailed. Based on posts I've read, that seems to be a possibility at least for some of those.

Good luck.

When we pull into our driveways, light the cigars. Until then, "I don't hear no fat lady!"

UPDATE: As I note in a subsequent post, I got "the email" at 6 pm on Friday Oct 1. Now comes the real waiting game.

Ford finally sent VIN on Bronco, reserved 7/13/20, Order/deposit 1/19/21, scheduled production 11/15/21.

Same day Jeep dealer just gave me an ETA for a Rubicon JLU with XR package, ETA at SoCal terminal of 10/12. It was ordered 8/13.

Stellantis 8.5 weeks actual
Ford 45 weeks est. (not including roll out delays)

I know a lot has happened, however both manufacturers had COVID and chip constraints... will keep an eye on Broncos after 4 yrs for corrections.

So is this my interpretation or are there a lot of Antimatter Blue and Rapid Red trucks in this thread?

Has anyone started looking at statistics?

For several weeks MAP has only run 100-150 Broncos per day. All the “constraint” suppliers should have used that time to get ahead while MAP focused on dirt mountain. Also it’s been 4 months of full rate for the suppliers, that’s usually the point where most production issues are ironed out.

I got the email. I was thinking I wouldn’t get it because I barely made the reservation almost two months ago. I had literally just emailed my dealer to remove the Sasquatch from my build 10 minutes before I got the production email. I’m super happy I was able to stay with antimatter blue.

Badlands, 2.7L, SAS, High, MGV, Tow, AMB

reserved 8/06/21
ordered 8/18/21

Well this is super aggravating, but I guess its to be expected at this point. Ford makes zero sense.
I have an identical build minus tow and have had my res and order in since Feb.

Congratulations though I’m glad your not getting the full Ford F*^%#d experience!
