No unless other orders at your dealership are assigned lower numbers, as the priority code only really matters within the dealership's order queue not between dealers
10-19 are all retail customer order codes, so if they only assign all their orders the same priority code then other factors such as commodity restraints during their scheduling will affect the process more.
