It means that artificial engine noises are played out through the interior speakers. It’s on the F-150 Raptors as well, to give more af a throaty engine/exhaust note inside the cabin.

Hmm, personally I find that incredibly silly. Akin to stick on hood vents that don't actually vent anything. But that is just me.
