Hey Bronco 6G Community! 👋

We’re thrilled to announce that Hothead Headliners has officially launched the 2-Door Ford Bronco Hard Top Headliners! This is a product many of you have been requesting for a long time, and we're excited to finally make it available to you.

What’s New?
  • Tailored for 2-Door Broncos: We’ve designed these headliners specifically for the 2-door hard top models.
  • Two Options Available:
    • Without Factory Headliner: If your Bronco didn’t come with the factory headliner, our version installs easily with our high-strength 3M VHB tape for a seamless, factory-like finish.
    • With Factory Headliner: Already have the factory headliner? No problem! Our headliner can attach directly to it, giving you enhanced insulation and noise reduction.
Why You’ll Love These Headliners:
  • Reduces Heat: Keep cool in the summer by blocking out the sun’s heat.
  • Better Insulation: Warm up faster and stay warmer in the winter.
  • Noise Reduction: Enjoy quieter rides by cutting down on wind and road noise.
  • Enhanced Interior Look: Give your Bronco’s interior a sleek, finished appearance that rivals high-end aftermarket upgrades.
Pre-Order Now – Shipping ASAP!

Hi Chris, you would submit payment when you place your order. We are expecting a lot of demand so we're saying they will ship within 2 weeks but will try to get them out as soon as possible. We posted here on the forum before we open the flood gates with an email announcement. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected]

You might consider offering up just the rear section by itself. I run the Bestop Sunrider 100% of the year and have no need for the front portions.
If you email us at [email protected] we can assist you with ordering just the rear if you would like.

Yes, but this is definitely NOT like… that *other* pre-order cluster you-know-what. I placed my order on 8/2, and my headliner showed up via FedEx on 8/16. I installed it this past weekend (wanted to wait for a "nice" hot day to let the tape really have a chance to adhere, but I think even without doing that, it would've been just fine… and saved me a ton of gallons of sweat. 😅

I also run the Sunrider year round (and LOVE it… it's been on since shortly after taking delivery of my Bronco in November of '21) but popped it off and swapped the front panels back in after installing the Hotheads so I could run a while with the full hardtop to get an idea of how effective the headliner is, and I've been really impressed. I'll end up putting the Sunrider back on eventually, but I feel a little spoiled now, not gonna lie.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm thrilled to hear that your headliner arrived quickly and that you’re enjoying the benefits. We’re all about making your ride as comfortable as possible, so it’s great to hear you’re feeling the difference. Enjoy the ride!

Semi-related question I've been meaning to ask elsewhere but seems appropriate here (Mark, if you disagree just say so and I'll delete my post). What does the factory headliner look like? My build ('23 BL 2dr) says it has it but I'll be darned if I can tell. Anyone that has a picture of a "standard" hard top interior to compare with a "factory installed headliner" HT interior and could share it would sure be helpful.

Back when I was ready to pull the trigger on a Rubicon Hothead Headliners was on my short list of post-sale upgrades. When Ford announced the new Bronco I put my Jeep plans aside . . . little knowing it would be almost THREE years before I had my ride, but that's spilled milk under the burning bridge at this point.

While I *think* I have the factory headliners they seem to be rather ineffective and the ability to apply the HHH directly to my existing setup is mighty appealing - just want to verify I order the right ones.

Glad to see you have the 2 door offering now!

Great question, Karl. The Bronco factory headliners are made by Coverking. It's a thinner, carpet material that is glued to the hard top. We made a headliner comparison video a while back for the Jeep Wranglers that shows what it is vs our products and a couple others. It's the same material in the Bronco and you can view it below:

I think what everyone is looking for is a firm date that the first orders will go out. Sadly, some of your fellow venders have tarnished the word "pre-order" to basically mean "pay now and maybe we'll get around to shipping one to you. Maybe.".

So, if you changed:
Pre-Order Now – Shipping ASAP!
to
Taking Early B6G Orders Now - Estimated Shipping in 2 Weeks!

It might cause less PTSD for all the B6G members who are still waiting on products from other venders. Just a thought.

I appreciate your feedback! We have already shipped out orders and will continue to do so. I mentioned in a previous post that we expect high demand and that we posted here before we made an email announcement to give everyone here the first opportunity.

It took us a little longer to get these released because we wanted everything to go well. We have been making headliners in the USA since 2009 and have a long-standing reputation. Everything is made in-house unlike many products that are produced overseas. We are setting the expectation of 2 weeks to under promise and over deliver. These will all be shipping out within 2 weeks at the latest, guaranteed!

Any questions - please email us at [email protected]

Grabbed a few (poorly-lit) pics of the Hotheads installed while I was home for lunch… quality and materials are fantastic and look great! Note that the rear section, unlike the 4-door version, is two separate pieces but I had no trouble getting them to line up in the middle exactly where they needed to.

@Hothead Headliners how closely does the Oak color match the roast color on the bronco seats?

Picture while installing - I have 21 BL no headliner and the inside has the same feel and texture as the outside.
