We really appreciate you bringing that up—it’s definitely on our radar and something we’re actively exploring. Moving production to the U.S. is a big decision with a lot of moving parts, but supporting American jobs and avoiding tariffs are both strong motivators.

We’ll be putting serious thought into it and will definitely keep the community updated as things progress. I’d also love to get feedback from you all on what pricing might look like if we go that route—so don’t be surprised if I pop back in here to start that conversation soon!

We gave a range on the price increase because things are shifting quickly and dramatically with the new tariffs—especially in our category. Just this month, the rates being discussed have gone from 10% to 125% and now up to 245%. It’s been hard to get a straight answer, and we’re doing our best to stay ahead of it and be transparent.

The purpose of this post wasn’t to push a hard sell—it was to give the Bronco6G community a heads-up. We know a lot of people have had their eye on certain products, and we wanted to let folks know that if they’re on the fence, now’s a good time to lock in the current price and even get 15% off with the BRONCO6G15 code.

That said, we’re absolutely exploring U.S.-based production and will continue to evaluate what’s best for our customers and business long-term. Appreciate you being part of the conversation.

If anybody thinks navigating this tariff mess is easy…do more homework. The headlines aren’t even the tip of the iceberg. Sourcing domestically is a monumental task, and the landed cost of finished goods isn’t going down either way.

Onshoring production and locally sourcing parts, components and raw material could lead to an 80% increase in price. There is a reason why it was done in China and shipped here: Because labor and access to inputs are significantly cheaper. Cheaper prices = more sales all things being equal. Tariffs don't change this, it just makes the 80% increase on par with the forcibly higher import cost.

Absolutely spot on. The reality behind the scenes is way more complex than most people realize. Tariffs are just one piece of the puzzle—sourcing domestically comes with its own set of challenges like limited material availability, higher labor costs, and long lead times. We’re constantly evaluating all our options to balance quality, cost, and reliability for our customers, but there’s no easy button. Appreciate you recognizing the complexity!

This line of thinking is why manufacturers outsource in the first place, people are always eager to buy local until they get the bill, then it's suddenly "price gouging" and "anti-consumer".
