It did!! How did they react to your OCD checklist and customer satisfaction fund questions?
I'll see you guys as I drive through the panhandle heading back to Texas next Monday. Be on the lookout for a 2 DR Area 51 WT going real slow...

According to Mr. Google

Constructively Placed means the placement of a tank car where a tank car cannot be Actually Placed or delivered to the terminal and where the tank car is held by the railroad awaiting disposition instructions, or released by rail switching provider, or cleared for release or uncoupled from the locomotive.

Although that doesn't help me much.

Mine said constructively placed, then mystery location (google said Two Zero), and then lastly placed in industry.

Basically, I have no idea.

Thanks!
Probably means what we know already, that it's done rail travel and awaiting next steps to unload.

I just heard that too! I have no idea what that means, but at least it's closer!
I wonder if they'll be on the same truck? Where is yours headed again?

I don’t know how you guys are getting your rail numbers from Ford. I called again and got a different lady and she just said it’s in transit. When I asked for rail car number she says they have limited information available. I said others are calling and getting them and she pushed it off on the dealer again and says she didn’t have access to it. 😟
Ford CS cannot see that data. You get it from your dealer. It's possible that all dealers can see all numbers, so if your dealer can't or won't give you that info, you might look for a dealer, or someone related to one, on this forum who's willing to do the lookup.

My car is empty and picked up by the customer. Woohoo!

I’m now pending pick-up by United.

UPDATE- CSX call now states “no bill” . Rig is still in twin oaks, PA. I still don’t know if I’m waiting for convoy to dealer (about 75 mi) or am I transferring to another train/line? Anyone with experience with csx care to comment? I’m exhausted!

Is the Customer Service number: 800-334-4375?
I got this lady (Trisha) and she said there is no way we would know the Rail Car Number. Your dealer will call you when it arrives. LOL...
Is anyone calling a different number than above? If so, please share? Thanks!
