The amount is only something the dealership can see. I would probably ask them ahead of time if it's something they would be willing to do on your order. Just remember, unfortunately this isn't something the dealership has to give out. So it all depends on how nice your selling dealer is really.

If you know the truck company that will be transporting to dealership you should be able to track.
Alot of us know our dealership uses United Road because see Order ID when plug our VIN into https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt (might have to hit refresh page once so you see captcha)
If yours is also using United Road see my previous thread on how to get United Road login so can track status.
If not using United Road you will need to call dealer and ask.

Tell them to go into the Bronco Readiness dashboard. All the information about this program including their limit is in there. It doesn't cost the dealership anything to do this. Ford reimburses them.

If it was me, I would probably ask them now. That way if for some reason they know nothing about it or are not sure how it works, they can look into it before you go in to pick it up.

Welcome to the club - I am not expecting mine to ever update because every VIN from my dealership shows inactive with no delivery receipt which I know is wrong because I have physically seen them on the lot.
Example:
My only hope is that picture you posted showing one in transit which I had never seen before.
