AGREE, the process is terrible. So many pitfalls along the way. I hope Ford takes care of you in some way.

And I have some Gremlins. Start/stop likes the stop part but not so much the start. Soooo warranty maintenance scheduled for next Thursday.

Yes, my Ford Pass app activated once my mods popped at MAP and I was able to see the vehicle's location, odometer, and fuel level. Once it got on the train the vehicle went into "deep sleep mode" on the app, but once it arrived at it's final destination (Mira Loma for me), it came alive again on the app with it's new location with one additional mile on the odometer. So, every day I've been checking for changes for any sign that it might be on the move again (location, odometer reading, etc). Been waiting 5 days now to be picked up.

The end of my delivery window was a full week ago and nothing. My wife was able to track down some various rail car movements, but literally zero updates and/or movement since Monday. It’s in KC somewhere, but not at my dealership.

Based on what I've heard on this forum about Ford's roadside assistance that would probably take longer!

Not if they escalate to a specialist and give you a toll-free number to call. </end sarcasm*>

*extra bonus points apply if the specialist acts like they invented fire while giving you the magical phone number that we all know ends.with.zero.answers.ever.

I hadn’t heard of ETA windows being missed until now. Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention, but it seemed like once the shipped email went out the nightmare was over for people. Heck of a sucker punch to see the light at the end of the tunnel and have it go out again. I’m only a day after my end date so I can imagine this has been a rough week for you. Really hope we aren’t stuck waiting in the dark for much longer.
