The tires may be small but I love the rims. I can’t decide if I will upgrade. At least not right away

Customer service around all of this has truly been astonishing. My Bronco has been sitting somewhere for some reason at MAP for 10 days now with no updates at all. My dealer has been great and tried to check but gets no info. I've spent the better part of the day trying every form of Ford customer service contact available. Honestly, the most helpful was when I accidentally got transferred to the Lincoln line at one point. They at least understood the situation and tried to get me to someone that might know something. Anyway, somehow I'm supposed to believe that Ford has no system whatsoever that shows why the F my Bronco is in purgatory and that there is nothing anyone can see until it magically gets fixed and put on a train?
I guess this is on me but I sold my truck when my dealer called on the 28th saying my Bronco should be here this week. So obviously not having any clue what is wrong or how much longer it may be is an issue.

To add insult to injury. Was checking out the used for sale nearby and found my exact FE for sale in town. Population 38K and there are 2 blue FEs here. What a kick in the nethers!!!

Its for sale with 4K miles on it for $97K+. They changed to some Fuel rims and Nittos. MIC 1.0 top and a bad delamination on the passenger front. Can someone from far away come buy this thing and get it out of town? And I am still in the 10/29 mods popped Ford sucks in communication kinda mind set with no build email or pizza tracker update! This did not help my case, but the wife loves the color.

I see that a lot more people from our build week have their trucks and special pics…. None look like First Editions though. Is there an FE issue going on???
Mine is still “in production” with zero updates on the pizza tracker for a long time.
