anybody else having a problem with the vehicle tracker site? i'm an 11/1/21 build week as well and ever since they launched the new build & price this week i cannot access the tracker. it asks for my order number and my vin (never had to do that prior to this week) and it cannot find my build when i enter the info. insight would be greatly appreciated.

no i figured it out. i was using the order number from the ford website and not the dealer "order code" 4 digit number from my actual dealer order sheet.

you need to use the "order code" on your actual dealer order, not the order number from the ford website. the order code is a 4 digit number typically

Yes, I am using the correct "Dealer" order code, the site worked last week but today it does not populate. As I said previously the order code and VIN still works in the Bronco6G tracker, just not Fords website.

Clearing browser history/cookies did not solve the issue. Even tried incognito browser and different app and still got the same result.

Make sure you are not entering the letter “O” where there is a number “0”, and be sure to delete any blank spaces after the numbers in both fields before progressing.

Well it gets stranger yet, I tried entering My VIN (no Zeros or O's), and Order number (no 0's or O's) in the Ford tracker and it then repopulates with someone else's Order # and VIN and when I tracked it I got a response! I also pinged by sale rep and he confirmed I still have a Bronco scheduled for build the week of 11/1 as of today.

No need to worry, looks like a glitch. I've noticed my order comes and goes. I found a post where some folks had the same issues a month ago.
