2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt. - TIP don't speak; type instead. TTGX = 81814192
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

I reached out to my dealer at Sanderson Ford who has been awesome throughout the time and he was very responsive and provided my rail car number.

I was not able to get my rail car number through United Road. I needed my dealer for that information. However, others have had luck through OVISS somehow. If you create an United Road account, you will have access to OVISS.

I just got the call from my dealer! the bronco has been delivered this morning, and I am going to the dealer in an hour or so! It's finally happening!!

I'm starting to think my bronco just vanished. I've checked every website and back alley people have suggested. Nobody can find any tracking on mine. That can't be good.

Mine's been sitting in Gibson, IN just southeast of Chicago, IL where it last sat for a day or two -- I thought it was going to transfer over to Union Pacific as my last CSX update was saying it got "Delivered to IHB" which I assumed to mean the UP handoff point. Is it possible I'm tracking the empty/repurposed container heading the wrong way on CSX now, if my Bronco is on UPRR somewhere in a different container?
