I am baffled beyond belief on this one. I received a SHIPPED email on 4/12...nothing happens for 9 days. I received a SHIPPED email on 4/21 that has my bronco photo on it. I was a convoy truck since the start, but got changed to a rail car. My EDD was changed twice after Ford told me that my bronco was in transit. So, I have had 15 EDD changes since 12/29/21 when my tracker showed me as built.
Good luck. Hope you see it soon. I’ve had the football pulled out from underneath me so many times I quit worrying about it. I’ll actually be surprised if and when it shows up. My original reservation was cancelled by a dealer that sold (they even took off with my deposit) The new dealer resubmitted as just a regular order. Ford customer service kept saying they would fix it but nothing ever happened. I think at this point I’m lucky to even have a Bronco built…if it really is, lol. Again, best of luck with yours!

Ford Bronco 🛠 12/13/21 Build Week Group BD75F80D-B4A5-4172-B5F0-CEB47E98B084

Taxiing into parking at Willow Run airport. The clouds broke and for a brief moment a ray of sunshine illuminated a beautiful OW Badlands with soft top. Her headlights and my eyes locked. I knew instantly she was mine. We could only stare at each other as I rolled by, helpless. We both knew, without speaking, that something much bigger than either one of us was at play. Sigh. We wait.

Well. This happened today. Best experience ever at my local Ford dealer. Like the Z4 roadster, it’s impossible to drive without smiling. Couldn’t be happier with my choices. If there is anyone left from this week, it’s gotta be getting close.

If anyone is still here, got movement today. No email, but this happened. Maybe I should go escort the convoy ;)
Congrats.

Asked myself what could be posted now in a Dec 2021 thread. Decided to check it out and see you are just getting your Bronco. Unbelievable. I can't even imagine waiting as long you did. What has it been, like about six months? My daughter's was built back in early May. I just hope her wait isn't likes yours or she won't see it until December.

Btw, how was its condition? Did it look like it was built yesterday or six months ago?

Again congrats!!

Thanks!! I’m not sure. I quit counting the days lol. They actually let me drive it as it was straight off the transport. It had 88 miles. It wasn’t too bad but you could definitely tell it’d been sitting around a bit. All the plastic on the seats was about torn off. Wadded up paper towels in the cup holder. Honestly, I was too excited to really acknowledge the accumulated dust 😂. The dealer cleaned it up pretty good and had it in my hands the same day. No damage. I had a 350 mile business trip to immediately depart on so I didn’t get to do any kind of a check, but so far so good. Works as advertised. Mildly surprised with the 18-20 mpg on the 2.7 Badlands, 33” tires. I hope it stays in that ballpark as that’s not too far off the Ridgeline I was driving. Even now, it still garners quite a bit of attention. Funny, the 2 mile trip back to my place took about 1.5 hours as I kept making the “wrong turns” haha. My grin started hurting my face before getting home.
thanks again!
To answer your question it definitely didn’t look like it was built yesterday, but it wasn’t bad at all. Btw, Ford never communicated with me that it had been delivered. I just happened to check the website the day it showed up. I also received nothing as a thank you for being so patient on the delivery of my 2021. No $1000, points, hammock, mug, key fob, pat on the back. Not that it matters, it’s just kind of weird how little interaction occurred over such a long time .. BUT! Like everyone else, it’s such an awesome drive, you quickly forget about the ordeal it took to get it. Lol
