Has anyone taken delivery yet and had to deal with the price protection? Mines coming soon. I reached out the the dealer and they said to call ford. I sent him directly to the Ford FAQ section that mentions checking their "Smartvincient" system. They say there's no rebate noted in their. I had a reservation in the first 24hrs. Dealer has been great upfront, MSRP/xplan etc. They just don't seem to have any real direction from Ford or know what's going on in this part.

Am I the only one still showing in production? Backdoor link, Pizza tracker (when it works), vehicle status code all show in production. I do have an estimated delivery date, but as we've seen before that doesn't mean anything.

Bad weather, omnicrom says expect the later part of the estimates.

Yeah, my dealer is hopeful for my Bronco by end of the month even though Ford's estimate is 18th. Darn.

If this is true I'm happy to wait. I just wish they'd inform you that your Bronco got "pulled out of line for an additional security screening" instead of just letting us guess for weeks while we watch others being delivered.

My buddy just went through this with his corvette. They did inform his dealer that it was being transported to some place in Ohio for QC, and would be there for at least three weeks (ended up being 28 days). From there, it was loaded on a truck and got here (central coast CA) three days later. At least they didn’t put it on a slow ass train after all that.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Ford isn’t notifying the people whose broncos get selected for QC. They can’t even send out emails and keep window stickers posted.

Woke up this morning and pizza tracker status shows “delivered 1/11”!
I’ll confirm with my dealer when they open.
Backdoor tracker still showing built and not shipped, palsapp still shows pending.

It has arrived, I’ll be taking delivery tomorrow!

I am in southeastern NC and my dealership is Fairway Ford in Burgaw. I got my rail car information today from the dealer. It is being shipped by Norfolk Southern and it departed West Virginia today at 3:30.

I know it sucks having to wait longer for it to pass QC, but in the grand scheme, it’s a good thing. There are different levels of what all they check in QC, but if yours is there for three weeks or more, it basically means that they took the whole truck apart and inspected everything. Then when they reassemble, it’s all basically put back together by hand to all the exact factory specs. Usually a much better build than what rolls off the assembly line.

So you can all look forward to my upcoming post if mine starts to crumble since I think mine definately sneaked by QC to jump a train.

My dealership sent me a photo of my bronco. Going to pick it up tomorrow.

YAY!!! Finally! The green looks nice, I will keep an eye out when I have to go out toward Burlington area.
