Dealer has yet to provide me with the train car number. Do I have any other option? I am going by Rail to Texas.

In the tracking posts, sometimes the people at the customer care line were able to get it; however, that was unreliable, it also may have been the Raptor specific line, not ours.

I spent the last day reading through all 310 pages to get caught up with our little family. The emotional rollercoaster is rough. I updated my entries on the spreadsheet a few days back when I got the baby picture and my dealer was kind enough to give me the rail car # so I could track.

I did not yet set it up as slickly as @Cat with the pauses entered, but her brilliance continues to shine.

Call the dealership and ask for the inventory specialist, it's going to be that person (not your salesperson) that can access the info. See attached for a reference pic! If they say "I don't know where to find it" ask if you can text/email them the details.

Now I have to stalk your posts to see how long your total transit time was from MAP to WA and hope mine is around the same. So far (I think, according to the pizza tracker and a ship date of 1/5) I'm 4 days behind you but my train is only in Omaha, NE so who knows.

I see you just joined recently and we shouldn’t expect you to scroll through over 300 pages so here is the link to our week’s tracking spreadsheet.

As for me, yeah, I’m in the same boat. Mods popped on 12/15 and tracker shows as “in production“ since then with no emails or updates from Ford or my dealership. I’m looking forward to another disappointing Tuesday with no update to my tracker or a shipping notification.

You are fortunate to get a production photo. Not everyone will.

My rig was built 1/4 (per an inside source), but status does not reflect. Dealer says ship date 1/31, so not sure why it sits for 3 weeks at MAP. Reckon the cage-rattling i did over QC issues may be a cause. <grin>

Yeah. Been seeing all coming and going from Nola and Jackson to the dealer in Baton Rouge for a month. Mine still showing inactive and not showing on the pending pickup list.

I'm hoping mine is on the same train as yours. My dealer says he doesn't have the rail car number.
