also, I don’t know if this had an affect, but with an easy internet search a few weeks ago, I got the email address of the Ford executive team. They assigned a woman to my case and she called me.

When I saw that there were MY22 shipping out before me, I called her back on Friday and gave her a friendly but stern earful and there was no confusing how I felt about this situation. She said she’d look into it and that she was emailing the team right then and there.

the next day - I was shipped. Coincidence or not, I have no idea. But I owe her a thank you phone call tomorrow either way.

Just got off the phone with "Ford Bronco Support."
I was told that my Bronco is in transit. It should arrive from the 17th to the 23rd.
I'm in New York city about 9 hours from MAP, so I hope it arrives sooner.
I haven't received a built email nor a shipped email, and the pizza tracker is still stuck in production.

My initial Delivery date was 1/13, Started checking my tracker every day last week and one day I looked and I had a new delivery date of 1/23, so it seems to be the final change since its in transit.

When I try to track my rail car it just says “no status available”. Does anyone know if the rail car can change or have you gotten this message too?

UPDATE: Rail car made it as far as East Brookfield, MA over the weekend...convoy from there +/-200 miles North on I95 to the dealer. Hopefully will be driving by the end of the week!

With no information from Ford since my vehicle was built on 12/14 my vin popped up on the United Road delivery site today with a load number. I guess that means it is either on its way to Twin Oaks depot by train or at least in the system for shippment. Dealer still has no info on this.

ok got email over night that it shipped I logged into the united road web site Friday. today I started getting updates of deliveries to my dealer. hoping tomorrow being Tuesday, I will get my baby picture.

Could my bronco be added to the list? I am a 12/6/21 build week group. My vin # is 1FMEE5DP3MLB06972. My blend is 1668 and I was told that I am to expect my Bronco by the 21st of January. It was being shipped by rail to Oklahoma City where it is supposed to be delivered to the dealership by convoy. I could not get a rail car number to verify though through the dealership.

Hello, I am new to the forum. We were day 1 reservations, 12/6 blend date. My window sticker is attached. It’s a MY21 non SAS Black Diamond MIC Area 51 and shows “in production“ on the tracker. I’ve attached the window sticker to add to your spreadsheet. We have an ETA to Georgia of 1/30, but that date was changed from 12/31. Like many of you, this will be my daily driver: I’m driving the ‘88 in my profile picture, but need a more modern car for all the driving I do now. We’ve called the Ford customer service number many times and all they do is regurgitate what we see on the tracker. The dealer says it’s produced and sitting on a rail car in Michigan. I’m skeptical as to how they can see this and Ford can’t. They assure us it will be here before the end of the month, but it went the same way last month. Any help would be appreciated.

Given I'm not the only one that encountered inconsistencies with Shipped status on the trackers versus the email, I'm starting to think we aren't getting accurate data points around Shipped dates and in transit time.

If I base it on my status updating, it's 1/10.
If I base it on the email, it's 1/16.

That's six whole days my transit time could be off by. If it was isolated it'd probably be fine but this is happening to a lot of people so our data is probably hella skewed. I'm also not sure what to even consider my official Shipped date lol
