Great news for Convoyers…my Badlands 2 door arrived to the dealer today via Convoy to Maryland. He told me to give him until tomorrow so they can clean the salt off…I couldn’t wait and went to get pictures of my beautiful Bronco. So much better in person. Can’t wait to go pick it up tomorrow. There is hope, even for those of us that are via convoy.

I was hoping ours were on the same truck lol, congratulations

Received the survey today and when I checked my email, I was not able to even start. My eta is 1/30, yet it’s still in production. This is horrible nonsense.

Hi all,
I have been on the rd unable to get a post out got my shipped email tracked it to the rail yard near me today united sent me update it was on a truck as luck would have it i was passing the dealership as they were backing it off the truck. I remember a post about someone thinking there bronco got abused. mine has 30 miles on it and mud all over it, thinking i need to send pict to ford

Mine was full of light tan mud too. I think we were dirt mountain 2.0 - 66 miles on it as well.

It had 100 miles on it just backing up the couple of posts I saw about QC issues for our build week - sales guy was also of that mind.

That was my plan also. Gotta wait and finish the whole process. Then I can give honest answers. Maybe since we're receiving these surveys, it means we're getting our Bronco's soon! Ah...what the hell am I thinking!

Well... Some well intended person decided to delete all of the data on the spreadsheet at about 5:30 today. I have successfully recovered it to my last edit. If you don't know what you're doing, please don't attempt to edit the Spreadsheet. Ask for help.

i saw the email come in today and immediately completed it, ripping Ford and the lack of communication. How I get info from online forums like this, nothing from Ford, dealership is clueless, etc.

One of the questions was “how long would you wait before cancelling your order?” Unbelievable.

While I appreciated the opportunity to vent, my gut tells me this was related to the Raptor news and what to improve in that reservation and buying experience.

Bronco is delivered!! 1-2 days for prep and then I should be able to take it home!

Also the bronco specialist said that those surveys that get sent out are directly tied to the specialist who helped you during the entire reservation process.

The rail car number I have is TTGX160722, It’s in California and due in Benicia, CA tomorrow. Good luck!

This experience of reservations initially was pretty cool. Build and price was helpful in picking the features I wanted. A local show and tell was awesome to let me sit in a few Broncos. The promise of communication made me feel like Ford had really gotten their stuff together. Off Rodeo offered to hype the platform.
The problem is this whole thing is like a Hollywood set. Looked great from afar, but as I’ve gotten closer to delivery, I realize there isn’t anything behind the electronic facade they created. Just the same old way of doing business.

Blend 12/9, built email 1/10, shipped email on 1/12 and then received the rail car number from my dealer to enable tracking it.
