🛠 12/6/21 Build Week Group

Does it make sense that we'd wind up being constrained this late in the game tho? I've got high package and tow as well, but my understanding is if we've got a VIN they've got what they need to build our rigs squared away/committed parts to them. Maybe something wonky on the line somewhere?

Also lurking the past 3 build week threads, seems like there was a delay towards the end of 11/15 that slowed down 11/22 and they're still trying to get caught from that?

I have not gotten any email updates since production scheduled but went to check status today and to my PLEASANT surprise i have a window sticker and blend date of 12/7! this is happening finally!!

I'm looking at the 11/22 group and it looks like a decent number of people had a delay in getting their stickers even with a build day earlier in the week, so hoping I'm one of them!

Either way it's been exciting being on this roller coaster with yall and watching things kick off for everybody!

For those that are saying they've got a build date but no window sticker, where did you get your build date from? Dealer?

Edit: Those of us with window stickers determined our build date from the blend date on the sticker. There could be a chance if your dealer gave you a build date, they just confused it with build week. I hope that's not the case

My Dealer/Salesman is ghosting me now. I have a nephew that works in the shop and I have to text him to go get my Salesman to respond to me.
If it weren't for the online trackers, I'd only know that I MIGHT get built next week.

The email notification specifies the build week, the WS will have the actual build date...at least in my case

I was informed by my dealer that I have a build date of 12/15, so I'm thinking that they are giving us actual dates since I am now in the 12/13 week. What's weird is that I've been given a build date, but my order tracking has not updated once to reflect any of this

Yep, my build dates came from the dealer or the Ford help desk. Emails were only build weeks. If you only have the build week of 6 Dec, you need to get the build day from your dealer. If they don't show a build day at this point, and certainly by Friday, I think you will get shifted. I was shifter once even with a build day only five days out...

Oh, they are definitely different! I'm asking if the folks who keep saying 6 Dec mean build day or build week

Those with an early sequence number like @Thraxed (100/2363) and @Jgtln (131/2363) are certainly going to get started on 12/6, at least. The rest of us will fall in line after them as the week progresses. Knowing that info, really helps cull the bad info people may have gotten from well-meaning dealers.
