Probably not the correct thread to post this in .. but I'll try anyways, since we're technically "family" or twins, or something... 🤔 How many of you were able to get the $1000 customer satisfaction funds? I saw this listed from this site, and they basically told me they weren't doing it anymore because they were out too much money (Ford wasn't paying or was too slow??) Customer Satisfaction Funds: up to a $1,000. Have your dealer go to the FDAD CLAIM PAGE on the Dealers Bronco Dashboard, if they don't know about it. They can go into the Bronco Readiness dashboard. All the information about this program including their limit is in there. It doesn't cost the dealership anything to do this. Ford reimburses them. Memo to Dealers:https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/fords-bronco-cu9stomer-satisfaction-fu nds-plan-will-help-dealers-manage-order-waits.22965/ Today I had to go back and show them the damage their detail guy had done on several items. The rear plastic window was scratched where they tried rubbing off the paint pen markings... And the drivers side mirror was scratched all up from wiping off the dirt it came covered in. I showed them the drivers side headlight was also scratched but they balked at that one... Likely because of the cost involved. I'm not one to bitch about anything, and I'll likely do ten times more damage in the coming months... But it just didn't seem right going unmentioned considering it's brand new and the cost involved. Fortunately, they're replacing the other items I mentioned. I hate having to badger people over stuff that is part of their job... Pretty sure there's not much worse than a crappy dealership. Amazing they're still in business. 🤷♂️ Oh, another odd one was the mileage... My bronco had over 100 miles on it when it arrived. Not the worst thing in the world, but the first time I've ever seen anything like it in my lifetime. They claimed it was because it was thoroughly checked over. 😄
