I'm a 2.7, with a (21207) as well. Currently going on 5,300 miles . No issues to report and still loving it. Good to hear yours is going strong with 11K miles.
Just curious, where are you getting the numbers for the 2.7 engine build .
I'm the same build week as you guys , I only have 600 miles on it (around town) and am going in for my first oil change etc. etc. Long trips will be starting in two weeks so I will put some mileage on it.
so far so good. no problems around town. Towed the duck boat all season and again no problems.

There is a little sticker located by the oil fill that has the info.

Here is mine:

OK
I found it 21209.
Hope that's a lucky number, last thing I need is to have problems with the engine . Dealing with the soft top is enough of a pain. Looking forward to my ADV 1 piece Hardtop -- hopefully in August -- Then it will be perfect.

You may be lucky (and I really hope you are!), but that build date isn't. 4 failed motors with that build date that are known to B6G.

Edit: it is actually 5...

Thanks for your thoughts.
I just figured out the Julian date 7/28, ha -oh well. I have a cell phone and AAA extended towing. as long as it doesn't happen when I am towing the duck boat I can squeak by. Unless of course its 2am when I am heading down to the marina in a lousy area of town.

Loving mine! I have a 2.7 with a build date that has had 2 fail already (21207), but not letting that slow me down. 11,400 miles on it and so far going strong.
21207 here, too. Only 3,300 miles so far. Fingers crossed for all good valves!

Hey! So what's going on with all of our 9/6/21 Build Week peeps???? Been a while! I've only had my OBX on a couple of serious trails, and a few easy ones. Still runs and looks great!

I'm up to 48K on mine. Have changed plugs due to fouling and misfire codes. I also only buy premium gas now. The price difference evaporates when you have to have your rig towed to the dealer and lose it for 2 days because the plugs are cooked. It was an easy job to do myself, I'll check them again around 70K.

My soft top doesn't seal great anymore. I probably need to do a reposition reset before it gets too cold. My Bilstiens are rusting and leaking, not impressed with that whole thing either. At least they haven't fallen off. I'll be replacing pads and rotors soon. Downhill runs/towing in the Smokeys lead to fade and pulsation now. That's typical given the mileage, not a complaint.

Is the honeymoon over? Yes. Would I do it all over again? Helllllll yes! She still gets compliments and i do enjoy it daily. Will I replace it with another one? Doubt it, I miss the peacfullness of my F-150. I'll probably get a full size raptor truck when she hits about 80-100K.
