I dont even know what to think/believe anymoreI called the Bronco line again, and got a, what I suspect, was a helpful person. She told me my hold-up was a chip for the 2.7 (but my modules are online???) was kinda suprised that they haven't tried to push me to a MY22. Also cited trailer tow was an issue (but said GVWR was 4k lbs)
I called them again today after reading this since mine has been stuck in production for nearly 2 months. All they could do was point to the generic email that Ford sent out in August (almost a full month before my production date) about the MIC roof. That email said Ford would email me an update on timing in early October, but here it is in early November and I still have not received any communication from them. Their advise was to call back next week, but I don't see the point since they don't appear to have any information that I or my dealer don't have access to.I dont even know what to think/believe anymore

ExactlyI’ve noticed he avoids actually answering when they mention they’ve been stuck in-production for 2 months. He definitely knows what the problem is but can’t say
My tracker has shown built since 9/15 and a delivery date of 9/26. According to my dealer, the truck left the plant and then went back for some reason. Despite 5 weeks of effort, I still haven’t been able to get any more info than that. Meanwhile, I’ve racked up thousands of dollars in rental car fees. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.Finally at least something! Still no change to tracker either. Hopefully we all get shipped emails this week too!
