If you have a scheduled build week, it was in your email. If you have not been scheduled you will not have a VIN

I get the same, but i think it has to do with me using the incorrect order number. I may be using the reservation number instead. Where would the actual order number be?

I had the same error. It worked when I switched to a PC.

My order number is 4 digits.

I have a email from Ford about rescheduling my build date. At the bottom of that email there is a "Track My Order" button. When I follow that I find the 4 digit order number.

Not even reservation date is as important as we all thought. Pretty much goes by constraints. Less constraints you have the better the chance you will get a vin

That seems like a logical hypothesis since I got the Badlands with Sasquatch and Lux options. Seems like a lot of constraints

Once I switched to soft top I got a build date. Have a base w/ sas and 2.7

reload it...it say that every time then produces the info. fyi
