yeah, you have to pass more to it than that, including your vin an order number
was just linking to the general api endpoint

I'm wondering if the tracker is down? For im getting "can't be retrieved for 2days now. I've been using the tracker for awhile now, I was getting "in production",my dealer had confirmed my Bronco was built 7/23. I put my info into a graph tracker last, this could be a coincidence!

Any Canadians able to generate a Window Sticker?

I can call up the VIN and order info, but cannot open a Window Sticker. I've had a VIN for about 2 months.

sidenote : been moved from July 19 to Aug 23 week. Haven't heard anything from FORD at all. 1-800 now says I'm In Process, though they used to have a Date and a Priority 1 2 weeks ago.

Same here. Lots of nulls on my tracking page. Maybe Ford just hit the giant delete button and snuck out of town.

My dealer told me my Big Bend was supposed to hit production July 29th. How can I confirm this, or where might I get the VIN to use this tool? I have the order number and confirmation...

Call your dealer, to see if they got confirmation your bronco was built,thats what I did, they confirmed she was built 7/23 & looks like we're waiting on shipment or maybe a chip but no updates &told me to be patient like everyone else cuz its only aug, so we all sit in lala bronco land in limbo!

The Ford website won’t let me type more than 4 digits in for my customer order number. I even tried to copy and paste it in like I did the VIN. Maybe it’s intentionally set to not accept It.

My tracker says null in everything, it was built and EDD is Aug 27th what does the null mean
