Firstly I want to start by saying I know this isn’t necessarily what the Bronco is about but I have to wonder.. How are you thinking the Bronco will do to 60 MPH? From what I can tell, with the 2.7 and the steep gear ratio, it looks like we could see a benchmark around 5.5-6.0 seconds! The 2.3 seems around the 6.5-7.0 second range based on weights and all. I can’t be the only on that has thought about this. That would make the Bronco good at damn near everything! What’re your thoughts?

There are a few calculators when you google weight to HP ratios and you can add in the gear ratios too, Also basing it on the ranger and edge st which is similar weights as well. It seems to check out almost to a T!

I would not be surprised at all to see a Sasquatch 2.7L with the 4.7 gear ratio to do 0-60 in under 6 seconds. It has gobs of torque and a very steep gear ratio.

Car and Driver record Zero to 60 mph: 5.9 sec in a 2019 F150 SCREW 4x4 with the 2.7L. I could not find the rear gear ratio on the truck(which has a massive impact). Considering the Bronco should be lighter and have steeper gears I would expect a better time.

I would like to see the car Mags test the Bronco ASAP. Under 6 sec 0-60 would be very impressive.....as quick as my 2003 350z was lol.

There are tuned Rangers doing quarter mile in the mid 13-14 sec range which is quite quick for a 4500lb truck.

My F-150 Supercrew with the 2.7 and 10 speed is consistently in the low to mid 6's, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bronco under 6.
