Just got baby pic and the "Your Bronco just rolled off the line" email. Picked up my Bronco last Wednesday. Slight delay.

I finally broke down and called Norfolk Southern. They told me it is a Ford issue at my rail yard. Ford has to empty some rail cars as their rail car spots are full before the rail car containing my Bronco can be put in a spot to be unloaded. My delivery window is July 24-30 on Ford's pizza tracker but I was hoping it would get there before then since it has been in New Orleans (final destination) since July 6.

What a mess. Are they not able to find drivers to empty the rail cars?

Finally joined the group for my build date ! Glad some of us have gotten them ! Looks like mine shipped back in June through BNSF, final destination is the Bay Area. Tracked the railcar through CXS, says its been somewhere in AZ for almost a month with no ETA..... wondering how often BNSF updates to CSX.....supposed to be delivered this week but I DOUBT that, my dealer knows nothing.

How do you track the railcar? My dealers says they only have access to the same info I have on the Ford tracker.

I did get the baby pic yesterday.

Dealer has delivered Bronco's with blend dates weeks after mine.

Dealer should have access to the railcar number. You can use that to track on the Rail company's automated phone line. Mine arrived in Roanoke, VA at 1 a.m. today.

Yesterday I went as far as calling Norfolk Southern (NS) and talking to a person. They were very nice and told me that the delay with my rail car is that it is sitting in a station that is exclusive to Ford so Ford runs/mans it. The congestion is a Ford issue in my case. NS went as far as to tell me my railcar is sitting on the side as Ford has to empty the trucks in front of me before mine can be emptied.

I was able to get the railcar number from the new car manager buy CSX says no details available.

The railcar I was given is TTGX986042.

I have tried every combination of the automated system.

I received an email from Ford last night with my 3rd delivery window. Order track is now showing that I'm finally in transit so hopefully they will hit this new date.

Is there a way to track it once it’s actually arrived at the destination rail yard? Or at this point is it just a blind waiting game as it gets trucked to the dealer?

As far as I know you're just waiting on a call from the dealer at that point.
