The search is over. I'm going with the Fuel Rebel wheels (Anthracite with Black Ring) for my Carbonized Gray Big Bend Mansquatch. For those of you who have purchased aftermarket wheels, I would like your opinions on no poke vs slight poke. I'm going with a 295/70R18 Nitto Grappler, so the tire is the same height as stock Goodyear Territory, it is about an inch narrower.

I'm sure both will look good, but getting others' opinions is always helpful in making a decision..... Thanks in advance for your thoughts (please include pics if you have any).

I think the more the poke the worse it looks. I wouldn't want it outside the flares.
I got a BD SAS and certainly wouldn't want them with any more poke.
The poke will throw more rocks on your doors too.

My opinion is nothing more than the look I like.

It's your ride, look at as many pics as you can find, and go with what makes you happy.

I think 20mm should take you right about to the edge of the flare and 0 should poke past a little.

I feel good at +20 with standard flares when I get around to buying new wheels.

Non SAS truck but these are 17X8 w/ +18mm offset and stock flares. Tires are 285/70/17. I'm sure with SAS flares there would be no poke or at most sidewall poke.

20mm is the most poke I'd go for. You're also messing up your steering geometry and the springs/shocks have sub-optimal motion ratios.

Here’s my non-SAS BD with 17x8 and 0 offset wheels. Tires are BFG KO2s in 295/70R17.

Pics are before and after swapping flares to SAS

My Bronco just shipped and will be arriving here between 6/15 and 6/21. I will definitely post pics as soon as I take delivery. Also adding Go Rhino boards.....
