You would be amazed at some of the DIY engineering I've seen over the last 29 years in Ford assembly plants. Even more so by some the tradesmen.
This is the ingenuity of the American worker, they decided they needed a mirror on this piece of equipment to make it better and they added it, straight off what they had on the line.
