Ordered my Bronco last weekend. Salesman said the 100$ went to Ford and not his dealership.

I thought the 100$ went to dealership.

I called Ford customer service, appears I stumped the lady.

Any thoughts ?

Mine went to the dealership. I guess if you switch dealers, that would have to be transferred from old d'ship to new d'ship(?)

Absolutely 100% the dealer.

Ford processes the payment when you make a reservation, but the money goes to the dealer.

If you transfer your reservation to a new dealer (through Ford customer service), the $100 is refunded to your card. The new dealer doesn't get it automatically, so if they want it, you have to arrange payment to them directly.
