I have the ford rock rails, what are you guys doing to help mitigate this problem? I would like to hear from the people with step rails, are they enough to prevent the sandblasting effect or do I need mud flaps? Going to do something pronto.

The rock chips feedback is plenty concerning. I’m going with the mud flap workaround posted above as soon as I get my vehicle. Like within a day or two.
