I got to check out this thing at United By Broncos several months ago at Sand Hollow. Met Loren Healy. Cool guy. This thing hauled @$$ in the sand drags and dunes. I think it's only rear wheel drive. Essentially a trophy truck with a Bronco-ish grill.

Well that very first pic has front axles tying into to portals (directly behind those massive tie rods).... Suggests to me it is 4 wheel drive.

Well, except there's that well-placed LOL emoji, as in of course it's a joke. What's the real joke is people getting butt hurt cuz there isn't some $70k v8 engine project available just so's they get a fancy muffler sound. ;)
Just fancy muffler sounds?! .... I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain the flaw in that statement.

I would think you'd need to tell the anit-fart can brigade your treatise. I get it, but I don't much care how throaty my exhaust sounds, especially for the cost involved. ;)

That is the next level fun-haver!
I just wonder what OEM part is still there. ( I see the grille and front door)

No trim sticker on the fender, suggests to me it's the Base trim.

I guess I missed something in the thread as I thought is was about a GT500 engine, which bbrings quite alot to the table beyond exaust note. Fart cans are the worst! I will admit I got a throatier exaust (Flowmaster axle back so not really an exaust) purely because I hated having a vehicle so quiet that I wasn't always 100% certain whether or not it was still running. It was super cheap though (roughly $120 ) amd it does seem to breath better and I vastly increased my ground clearance in that area in addition to losing some weight.

The grill is RTR's. From the build video somebody linked, they only used the cab frame, door jams and doors. Basically just a really nice buggy.

I don't think anyone is poo poo 'ing this, it's pretty awesome. But to say they fit a 5.2 Supercharged V8 into a Bronco and then see that the Bronco in question shares barely anything with our street Broncos is kind of disappointing. Especially when there are decent shops putting Hemis into wranglers ;)
Dodge/Jeep already paved the way for a Hemi Wrangler by making limited production runs from the factory so the cook book is there. Doesn’t mean it’s not cool to have one, but shops converting to Hemi is not really at the same level.

I’m not clear why people seem so upset there are excessive mods to this Bronco. I don’t know the history but doubt their goal was to make a stock 5.2 unit. If that was the goal I’m sure tying all the electronics/gadgets together is a nightmare in itself.
