Hey guys. 2022 BD. The 110v outlet on the back of the center console has stopped working, and it’s flashing the amber light.

Online Ford stuff says it indicates a fault and possible overload. I’ve never had anything in it bigger than a phone charger.

I’m worried the inverter is bad, but I can’t even find that part.

Closest thread I can find is this one from the sport forum with no apparent resolution.

Any ideas?

I just had the 12v outlet in the rear replaced this week. Usually plug a fridge in and on our last trip it stopped working, checked the fuse which was fine.

I say that - no idea how hard it is to get at if you wanted to swap it yourself: that is definitely an option

An aftermarket replacement is cheap but wouldn’t mount the same way

Yea I’d like to get at it myself if possible.

Was it the inverter?

I'd verify with one of the parts gurus here, but a quick google search turned this up:

If it is the inverter, the newest part number is P2DZ-19G317-A

I would just bring it in for service instead of assuming it’s the inverter though.

Good afternoon. Would you send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this outlet concern on my end? Thank you!

The inverter is under the center console . Not that hard to get at.
