On the EZTrunk, says the carpeting is not included. Is it available to add to the purchase order or is this something I'd have to rig up on my own? Really like the idea. Had a tonneau cover that lasted all of three hours with the top off before it ripped on one side due to wind buffeting.

Thanks for your interest in the EZTrunk! The carpet is available to add to your purchase, but we haven’t yet added it to the website as we’re currently waiting on production to finish.

We are expecting a shipment of trunks tomorrow, and if the carpet arrives with this shipment, we will list it immediately on the site!

We totally understand your frustration with the tonneau cover, and we think you'll find the EZTrunk much more durable and secure. Here's a picture of the owner (Brian, 200lbs give or take) standing on the Trunk!

That's pretty much what sold me. I figured if someone can stand on that, it'll hold up to a bit of wind buffeting.

With it folded out to create the storage space, is access limited from the outside? Can you still open it with the rear cargo door locked?

That trunk looks dope! When folded it looks like it sits as high as the rise of the folded seats for a seamless height transition from trunk to folded seats?

How secure is it? I have a diabolical slipstream now that’s pretty stout. Is your trunk pretty strong to where it would be too much effort to get into by a casual thief?

Now…if you guys could incorporate a slide out tailgate to work with the trunk, I’d be on cloud 9!!

When the EZTrunk is folded out to create storage space, there is a hatch door that can be accessed from inside the vehicle with a key. This hatch is an optional add-on, and it’s currently in production.

If the rear cargo door is locked, you wouldn’t be able to access the trunk from the outside unless you have the access hatch installed.

Absolutely! The designs have already been finalized and are going into production soon! I will be sure to post updates when I have them.

Any chance the All weather panels will be getting a "zipper window" if so I might be all in on these, take the doors off in June and put back on in September
