MY 2025 Bronco Balance Out Info and MY 2026 Order Banks Open 10/15

From Tim @FordVideoGuy , he summarizes a few important details on remaining MY'25 scheduling. Also, he mentioned that the MY'26 order bank is slated to open October 15th.

Quick Summary:

• Balance Out Scheduling for MY'25 with end of production on 12/23/25
• Last Chance for Stroppe - 1% of remaining production. Expected to be discontinued for MY'26.
• 50% of production will be Big Bend and OBX - only 18% will be Badlands.
• No More ManSquatch on the Base, Big Bend, or Heritage for remaining MY'25 production.

No details in the video and the MY'26 Dealer Order Guide hasn't been posted yet.

IMO, it should. When Ford decided not to offer the Heritage Edition in the 2-dr, it has jumped the shark as only being a 4-dr that has no link to the heritage of the Bronco.

Ford has already nixed the Black Diamond and made it a package on the Big Bend. They might as well nix the HE and make it a package on a Big Bend requiring the Sasquatch package.

Well, I really don't think the HE would be a package. Just discontinued. It has served it's purpose. These special editions were never intended to be a regular trim. The Everglades had it's run and so did the HE.

The 60th Anniv. Edition will garner the spotlight for MY'26.

In the OP summary, I didn't want to put words in Tim's mouth. But the message was clear that if you want a manual for MY'25, then change the order to a Badlands or have the order punted to MY'26.

It was also mentioned by Tim that those wanting a 2.3L/Auto Badlands, this Balance Out period is the first time for MY'25 that Ford will build it. Apparently, only 2.3L/Manuals were available for the Badlands. 2.7L was always available for the 4-dr Badlands.

December close out builds for Manual With Sasquatch is limited to Badlands.

So manuals seem to available for those other trims.

Those screen grabs are not from the video I linked and referenced. He was walking the lot at the dealership and not sitting behind a microphone.

My point is people only need to change/switch order IF they want Sasquatch with manual, built Dec 2025.

That will be for the refresh. I posted about the market survey but lurkers on the forum didn't care for the images that I shared detailing the powertrain options and asked that the images be removed.
