I’ve been searching for a solid way to mount auxiliary lights on the Capable bumper for quite a while. There aren’t many options out there, and one of the few promising ones was this IAG set—which I’d been waiting for since it was first announced.

The price was relatively high, which made me hesitate at first. On top of that, I had to pay a hefty shipping fee to Europe, and unfortunately, due to the current situation, an additional 10% import duty on the total amount including shipping. So yeah, I was pretty anxious to see if this investment would actually pay off.

Last week the package finally arrived, and I installed everything over the weekend. You’ll find a few photos below from the process.

Let me say right away—this is not a sponsored review! I genuinely don’t regret the purchase. The entire set feels extremely high quality. All the brackets are precisely made from solid materials, and the finish (including the final coating) is beautifully done. It’s simply on another level compared to the OEM parts I removed. The IAG brackets are much better, and I really like the overall look.

To sum it up: I’m very satisfied and excited that I went with this solution. I wanted a clean, integrated mount that wouldn’t drastically change the look of my Bronco. I’m into a bit of retro styling, so I chose round auxiliary lights—and now my Bronco looks exactly how I imagined it.

Wishing everyone a great and relaxed day!

I've been looking to add driving lights to my capable bumper, as I'm really not impressed with the factory headlights. This looks like a really nice option. How difficult was the install process? Also, how do you have the smaller lights mounted in the middle of your bumper?

Hi, I mounted the center lights onto the DV8 Capable Bumper Front License Plate Mount (SKU LPBR-04). As a spacer, I used a light holder, which I modified by simply trimming the sides. I installed the spacer in reverse, so that the mounting tabs for the auxiliary lights face inward (towards the area next to the radar). It’s important to position them so they don’t obstruct the radar’s beam emission.

I had to move the installed lights inward, about 2–3 cm behind the edge of the bumper, because the adaptive cruise control wasn’t functioning properly. After the adjustment, everything works 100% without any issues. If your version doesn’t have adaptive cruise control, then it’s no problem at all.

If you’d like, I can take a few detailed photos for you.

Below are the links to the hardware I used.

Have a great day, Martin

That's rather clever, good work. Where I live I don't need a front plate, and, unfortunately, the mount you listed isn't available to ship to the States. I may look around for something similar to this. Thank you.
Also, I've never heard of Lightfox. Their lights look interesting for sure.

Hey Martin! I came across this post after purchasing this product along with a pair of diode dynamics ss3 pro lights. I'm intending to mount the ss3's to the mount and have purchased the universal brackets from diode dynamics. Do you have any tips that might make installing the mount and the lights?
Thanks
