135 Broncos line the beach for FL6G’s Christmas in July Meetup!
Hey Broncos fans!
We had an absolute blast at the Christmas in July meetup, and I wanted to share some of the highlights for those who couldn’t make it.
The event, held annually at beautiful Butler Beach in St. Augustine, was an inclusive beach day, including a festive gift-wrapped Broncos exchange. Everyone brought beautifully wrapped Broncos-themed gifts, and the excitement and cheer as each gift was unwrapped were contagious. It was heartwarming to see the turnout and everyone who supported the cause.
The BBQ added a delicious touch, with all an option for potluck as well. I cheated a little and brought Italian Ice, which I think was most welcome in the Florida sun.
Broncos enthusiasts rolled in and lined the beach with their impressive rigs. Each customized vehicle paraded down the beach, lining the shore, Ishowcasing the diverse and unique modifications that our community has made to their Broncos. It was truly inspiring to see the pride and effort that went into each rig.
We also had some exciting raffles with fantastic prizes up for grabs. The best part? FL6G raised over $7,000 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital! It was incredible to see our community come together to support such a worthy cause. The vendors who contributed brought a unique flair to the event, showcasing a variety of interesting products that caught everyone’s eye.
But perhaps the best part of the event was the company. Spending time with fellow Broncos fans, enjoying the summer beach atmosphere, and making new friends made the day truly special. The laughter, conversations, and shared love for the Broncos created a warm and welcoming environment that everyone enjoyed.
I’ve attached a drone montage of the event below. It captures a lot of the fun, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get all the Broncos in one shot—my drone couldn’t fly high or far enough to capture them all! Still, I hope it gives you a great sense of the fantastic day we had.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this event so special. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and meet new members of our Broncos community. Let’s keep the spirit alive and look forward to our next gathering.
