165k Reservations might be the 2021 cut off and a tall order to fulfill.

I will be shocked if more than 60% of the reservations become actual orders.

But no one is buying Ranger! I've seen less than 10 on the road in a year and a half. Where are they?
That’s because it’s an ugly design. I think Ford dropped the ball on the redesigned Ranger

Last I heard, Ranger is selling about 100k. The important thing is they're built on the same line. If I recall correctly, someone in the know said about 70% Bronco and 30% Ranger, subject to change and negotiate more hours with the union.
I've seen the sale figures, but not the trucks. Where are they?

I just saw two within 5 minutes of each other in my neighborhood. And by just like an hour ago

My thought is that they will push out the 7,000 First Editions .... well first, then the similar builds will immediately follow. According to Ford the First Edison’s will have the mechanicals of Bad Lands, the interior of outer banks and the exterior of wildtrack. So I’m guessing the loaded 4 door Bad Lands models will get earlier delivery, and then they will make more adjustments to produce the larger line of offerings.

How could you say that? The rangers look amazing! Look at my ranger I’ve built over the last year! Looks bad ass in my opinion! The bronco will be a better vehicle for sure that’s why I’m getting one.

It is what it is.. I don’t mind the wait til fall of 2021 but I most likely will be out if it pushes into 2022. I love the Bronco but I’m not
Going to wait possibly two years for
It. I bet a lot of people won’t either.

....and the Bronco6g old timers crew laughed.

I've got two classic Broncos to occupy my time, so the wait is not an issue as far as that part of it goes, BUT i will make the new one my daiy driver like most people will....and my current DD is is aging FAST, so I don't want to have to sink a bunch of money into a vehicle that I intend on dumping....nor do I want to buy a newer one and probably take a beating on it financially.

There's a lot of new Rangers around DC. As far as build order, I have a bad feeling they're going to start with FE's and work their way down. FE's in June, WT in July, BL in Aug, OBX in Sept....

Not all but many of the people in the first 165k that reserved a Bronco are hard-core Bronco fans that have been waiting for a long time for this moment. I don't see very many dropping their reservations if any at all. Now people that come later yes they may change their minds.

I think hoping for 50% to drop their reservations is a pipe dream and wishful thinking. I think you'll be surprised at just how many people want this vehicle bad. It almost has a cult following.
The thing is though many people have multiple reservations and will be cancelling one even if they do place an order

I guess what we don’t know has Ford only counted 1 per house hold. They may have assumed 1 of them would be canceled.
