I'm not convinced most dealers are using this program. I think the fear is that they'll be stuck holding the bag on $100,000 worth of stuff. Several of the big names on here did not participate.

Took delivery on Monday, my salesman and finance guy thought I was crazy, especially when I quoted “buy them their favorite bottle of Bourbon.” Then the finance guy was able to find it on a dealer ford site, he went to the GM with it. GM had heard of it. Stated they had a specific cash allotment they could be reimbursed (not sure where number came from) also said they were dividing it up evenly between all early orders and, I should receive more info in a few months.

Not holding my breath, figure if I receive anything at all its just a bonus!!

This has always been my take on it. Several up & up dealers on the forum are not participating. With how the launch has gone is anyone surprise there's apprehension to a "you pay now and maybe we'll reimburse you later" program?

It's a lump amount Ford dumped into the dealer's advertising funds to use. They load the qualifying order numbers into the claiming instructions and we have to upload 4 or 5 different docs in order to get reimbursed. The two I've got in there now have not been paid because of the docs they aren't giving me examples of what they are wanting.

The $1000 is not for every order holder, but a max that can be used on one person. Taking me and a few others out of our $$ it ended up around $250 per person. If I can figure out how to claim and get paid I'll use what I can. I've got about 10 emails and an hour just trying to get these two acceptable for payment. Can completely understand if others don't want to participate as f'd up as this is to claim. Any other situation they would have us make a repair order, bill out parts/accessories/gifts/booze/tickets/meals, submit with a program code and we would get reimbursed on our regular statement.

Been trying for 3 week to get someone to show me examples of specific documents to satisfy them and get paid. May need a few of my customers to take pics of their installed accessories as proof they got em.

We’ve all heard of the Bronco Customer Satisfaction Funds, but apparently not everyone at Ford has. I attended a free Bronco event this past weekend and the Ford rep was upset that my dealership had not heard of these funds “that can be used towards attending the Bronco off-roadeo.”She gave me a black business card with an 800 number “Bronco Support Team” I mean she and the other event reps REALLY encouraged me to call. I called the 800 Bronco Support Team number. THEY SAID NO $1k Bronco Customer Satisfaction Funds exist!!!! They asked where I heard of it. I said “obviously they exist because your Ford rep at Castaic Lake encouraged me to call this number.” The manager got involved and also denied that the Funds exist. I then READ her the information provided by Ford. Finally the customer rep with the Bronco Support Team said “You’ll need to talk to your dealership” I said “You’ll need to talk to your Ford reps at these events because they are giving out this number and encouraging customers to attend the off-roadeo using this money.”
I can’t believe how all over the map Ford is on this!!!!!

Is anyone REALLY surprised by this?
It was never guaranteed to anyone - in fact, if you read closely at the initial reporting, Ford made it pretty clear that it wasn't guaranteeing this to each and every customer.

When we bought our Bronco on Nov. 9 I brought this up to the finance guy. He never heard of it but my Bronco Specialist was just walking in when I mentioned it. He was aware of it and said he'd look into it. I asked if he would give me a Bestop Bimini top with the funds. About 5 minutes later he walked in with the Bimini top in hand and told the finance guy some info on how they'll get reimbursed for it.

I brought this up with my dealer when I was taking delivery. He said they would honor it due to the delays but it's not something every owner gets, but up to the dealer? Mine was built 8/5 but sat on Dirt Mountain until yesterday.
You should have some money coming. But you will have to press them.

Nice! Good for you. With my deal from SAC and early delivery, I never expected any money. Some of you guys deserve more than a grand for all the BS you’ve dealt with.

My Badlands MIC was delivered Monday after a long wait having had an original build date of June 14th and was pleasantly surprised to find a Yeti Cooler filled with some swag sitting in the back. Some of the dealers are honoring it.

I had to explain to the dealer 3 times what the program was for and was able to have them service my F250 up to $1k on this program so I could drive it to Texas and do the off-roadeo.

My dealer, Quirk Ford in Augusta, Maine, didn't know about the program. The sales manager was very excited about it when I told him and when my Bronco came in, I got a $450.00 bottle of whiskey!

Totally random and unexplained, like so much else with this process.
