I had the Zone 2” lift for Sasquatch ZONF1221 along w 1.5” wheel spacers installed on my 2022 Big Bend Sas by Krazy House Customs. 37x12.5r17 BFG KO2 on stock Sasquatch wheels.
KHC did a great job w alignment though I don’t have printout to share.

The person with the difficulty in re-gaining alignment included a new upper control arm in his project.

From what I have read (no truck yet), the stock UCA is not only decent, but is prefered until you get to about 3 inches of lift. At this point a new UCA will be needed to correct the geometry to allow for proper alignment specifications.

Just my opinion, but it sounds like the UCA was the likely cause of the alignment greif. I plan to do just the lift (plus 37 K02s) and see how the new alignment goes.

I've got the 2.25" SVC perch collar lift on mine. 2" out back. Does ride slightly stiffer, but not bad or harsh at all. Still have the same amount of wheel travel I had before, but combined with 35x12.5x17" Toyos it gets me a bit over 3" more ground clearance. Looks way bigger to on my badlands! I love them so far. Still getting 19+ mpg too. Which I'm pleasently surprised about.

This looks very good. I love the look of 35's with extra lift and level. What is the offset on your wheels?

Now I will throw an alternative in here. What about the Hoss 3.0? do you level it? Can you level it? Should you level it? I do not like the front rake on trucks so I have leveled all of my trucks. I was thinking of ordering this suspension when I order my Bronco in January. Trying to get my ducks in a row. Thanks.
My Wildtrak with HOSS 3.0 is in production currently, so as excited as I am to get it, I will have to say goodbye to my current BD.

I have gotten confirmation from TC Customs that the Zone 1221 Hybrid 2 inch lift will work with HOSS and that is the direction I will go. I haven't seen anybody do it yet so I guess I'll be the Gunea pig. I'm sticking with 35" tires and haven't decided weather I will keep the stock 315/70/r17 or go to a 35/12.50/r17 yet.

Excellent, I look forward to seeing the results. I intend to stay with 35s as well, but changing wheels.

My 22 Badlands non-SAS is being built early Sept. From what I've read here from those that know more about suspensions than I do, I think I'll go with the spring perches (2") and 35's on the standard Badlands wheels. Am I right in assuming that won't change the spring geometry, but may cause a little stiffer ride?

This is the look I’m wanting. Any trimming or rubbing?
Do you have anymore photos to show the stance and poke?

What are people paying for the installation of something like a 2" zone lift? Or is everyone doing it themselves?

I had the 2" Zone lift put on my 2022 OBX Sas 4-door. Had the local 4WP store do all the work (they did all the work on my sons Jeep Rubicon), they charged me $500 for installation. I like the stance of the vehicle with the 2" Zone Lift on the Sas. I also did add 37" Mickey Thompson Baja's with Fuel Wheel with 1+ offset (see pics below):

The $500 was just for the Zone lift installation. I bought my Mickeys and wheels online, and took them to 4WP for mounting, balance, replace old tires/wheels with new, and alignment. They charged me $150 for all of Tires/Wheel labor.
