At least maybe ford is acknowledging there is an issue instead of it's normal.

It's the throw-out bearing.

Yes please forward the TSB # when anyone gets it. Mine was just at the dealer last week for "normal" contact noise from the gears.

It's the throw-out bearing.
I had the same noise. They replaced the throwout bearing first and that did nothing to resolve the issue, so they replaced my transmission.

Adding to the the videos of the noise.
Having this very same issue, played the video for my wife and she asked me "did you record the noise your Bronco has been making and post it". Sounds exactly like mine does.

I'll try and video mine tomorrow and add it to this forum.

Figure I'll also throw my hat in this ring. ~40F starts or lower and hearing the grinding on warmup that disappears after operating temp is reached. Less than 500 miles, took delivery a few weeks back. What's fascinating is that you can quiet it both by depressing the clutch by itself AND by moving the shifter to just nudge 6th without the clutch in. Seems benign enough, but odd that two technically separate systems can make the same noise go away.

I assume that 6th is working on the synchro in the same way that the clutch does. Something about the key, blocker rings, yada yada etc. Somehow it stops the part causing the issue from moving.

After looking in to the mentioned synchronizing gear function I believe I've had other symptoms that align with it being the issue. At least 3 or 4 separate occasions Ive been stuck in neutral where I had to put a lot of force and play to get into gear. Has happened N to 1st as well as 4th to 3rd.

Well they are replacing my transmission which will show up tomorrow. My timing of dropping it off seems unfortunate as it is possible this won't fix the issue.

I should have it back next week sometime. WilL update.

Easy fix for now until the TSB. There is a dial on the left hand side of the consul under the screen that has a weird signal on it. 0-. Turn That dial to the right with some hard rock or heavy metal playing. And the noise disappears. Then hang tight until the TSB is released. It works for now. LOL.
