I pulled a 975 lb single axle trailer with a Polaris crew mid (1300 lbs) with windshields today 70 miles round trip. No brakes with 4 adults in the bronco. The roads were back country with 8 stop signs along the way. I have a 4 dr 2.3 auto Sasquatch, got 14.9 mpg going 50-60 mph. I could feel the trailer but it wasn’t underpowered. Braking wasn’t an issue. I did have to buy an 8” drop hitch that extends 3” or so past the edge of the spare tire to accommodate trailers. So far that drop has kept 2 different trailers level.

Did you deal with any hills or steep grades?

Some hills but no steep grades. I was driving 50 miles south of Atlanta.

Yup, we've towed max weight (7,500 lbs) in our 2019 Ranger plus had nearly a ton of payload in the bed and cab.

Up and down the mountain passes of the Rocky mountains, an elevation gain of over 8,500'.

The 2.3 engine is PLENTY capable of towing. Just like as outlined in a bunch of the early "Bronco can't tow anything, I have to have the 2.7!" threads before B&P went live.

My second favorite bad habit, sporting clays is awesome. I can’t play golf!

2,275lbs is basically nothing, I hope it handled it without issue.
