Fine ,what if you run 32" as a daily driver . 3500 rpm at 45 mph . The 2.3 engine write up has everything built near max limits . A 50 yr shop mech on YouTube figures it will fade at 80-90 k miles as small turbo engine don't last.

Everything I have read has the 2.3 built at the bottom basement end of its potential. I mean 20 years ago the SRT neon made the same power with about the same size. No way to believe that Ford has built a motor that they put in a truck with a 7000lb tow rating that isnt built to 5 times the beef as a Neon motor.

MT 4th gear (1:1) is 1996 RPM @ 45 MPH with 315/75/17s and Sasquatch 4.7 ratio.

From the Dino pulls I’ve seen, I think this motor is going to live in the 2250-3500 rpm range. Will probably be lugging below that.

I'd like to see a stock 2.3 vs 2.7 power curve comparison. That might help convince folks one way or another.
