Hi all. I noticed that the 2015 to 2017 2.7 in the F150 uses a timing chain, it seems that with the 2.7 redesign in 2018 Ford switched to a oil pump riven by a belt. Does anyone know if the Bronco uses a belt for the oil pump as well? I know the Bronco uses a different oil pan and I was wondering if there were any other changes from the F150 version.

Belt. There is a well known ecoboost engine builder looking into building a chain drive system like the 1st Gen.
