Here’s an idea that might uplift someone’s spirit. Start a gofundme to raffle off a Coyote engine (plus labor) to someone with a blown 2.7.

MB3E-6007-AA is the "engineering" part # for the assembly
I can confirm that I have viewed an engine label for "21356" build date of 12-21-2021 engine built as MB3E-6007-AB. Not sure what the "B" means. Has it been discussed here as maybe a different line? or was that mb3e-6006-AA???

Does anyone have a -AB engineering number? IS IT NEW AND IMPROVED????

#32 incoming from Facebook
I just saw the additional. Damn it this isn't good.

I have a road trip next weekend, I'll be taking my trusty F150. As to not be potentially caught in a mountain pass, with no cell coverage, on the side of the road.

If it happened on Faceplant, it must be true.

When has Ford publicly stated there’s an issue and their working on it? I’ve only seen the link posted from the Lima plant news.

BN is effectively a Ford mouthpiece, so if Ford has told them something, it doesn't mean Ford told the general public in some other venue.

In fact, for the general public, you could consider this the first public statement.

If they changed the suffix they likely changed something, and the -AB supercedes

EDIT: If anyone has taken delivery of a 22 w/2.7 could they check their tag part # and julian date? or just post a pic here?
