Does anyone know the weight of the OEM exhaust from the axle back for the 2.7?

I'm looking buying the Borla S-type dual tip axle back and it's weight is 28.2

Assuming my Bronco actually arrives, everything I have seen and heard points me to the Magnafow Overland. Weight, sound, clearance.

I want to compile a comparison of the aftermarket systems, to help others make informative decisions. Price, hp, tq, db @ tailpipe & cabin, weight, material...
I think with all of us we can effectively accomplish this. Would members please contribute what have?
So going through the B6G & youtube, right now there's new exhaust manufactured by:
AFE
Borla
Magnaflow
MBRP
MRT
Ford Performance

Did I miss any?
Flow Master

So far out of the 8 systems we've installed, tested and reviewed in my personal opinion the AWE sounds the best to me. Not only does their dual tip and single tip catback sound great even just the bash guard setup sounds really good. We have two other new systems on the way for us to install/test and review. Corsa and one which I'm unable to announce at the moment. Once we've got the testing and content done I'll be sure to post it up for everyone.

AWE

Roush sounds really good - Nice deep bass tone to it. No rasp.

MRT Trail rated - I liked this system a lot too. Drove a 12 hour trip with it on and throughout the mountains on some trails and it was awesome.

MRT King of the Hill

Kooks - Very subtle sounding but a good improvement over stock. No drone or rasp. Definitely for those who want a better deeper sound for their bronco but not anything aggressive.

Thermal R&D - Sounds great. Subtle while cruising but a good growl out of it when you get on it.

Let us know if there's anything we can help you guys with.

Thanks!

We just installed the Corsa Performance dual black tip catback on our Bronco and it sounds awesome. Here's just a few start up vids before we hit you with the full install and review. The system fit great and sounds amazing. Definitely at the top of the list out of the 10 systems we've already installed, tested and reviewed. Stay tuned for more Corsa content coming real soon..

I’m running a FlowMaster FlowFX axle back on a 2.7L 4Door Badlands soft top with Lux. This system adds about 5-6 dB at highway. The total Cabin noise running down the highway (stereo off) is 78-79dB. It’s too loud and will be coming off.

Borla makes the Ford Performance exhaust for the Raptor & Mustang. Google is your friend.
This ^ I had the FRPP "S" Type on my Mustang, because I didn't want to pay the extra $ for the Borla Stingers

I just installed the Flowmaster FlowFX dual axle back. Fitment was great with included hangars and looks legit with blackened dual tips. Sound is too raspy though on low throttle so I'm having a Vibrant Ultra-quiet resonator welded into the stock 2.5" midpipe straight section which should clean up the drone yet still have a deeper tone than stock.

The Flow FX has been on for about 500 miles now. It's definitely coming back off. I have a Flowmaster on My Silverado and really liked their products.

It's essentially unusable if you have a soft top or ever plan to take the top off.

On the highway, top up, doors on, windows up, the FlowFX adds 5-6 dB (Apple watch Noise app from the driver's seat) to the cabin, to the point of being unbearable. This morning was, doors on windows down, soft top windows off and the resonation is terrible in my right ear. It bounces all over the cabin and is just unusable.

If you are researching exhaust and are tempted by the cheap price, the videos and YouTube do not properly convey this exhaust from the cabin. you've been warned.

Let me know how this mid-pipe mod works out. I want better than stock, but not ear-shattering loud.
